All items are produced in limited runs or made to order. Lead times and availability may vary. We reserve the right to cancel orders if materials or production constraints arise. You’ll be notified promptly if this happens.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Product Variation

Each piece is made by hand. Variations in tone, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—images, text, product designs—belongs to All We Value LLC. Don't reproduce or distribute without permission.

5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

All We Value LLC is not liable for damages beyond the value of your purchase. This includes indirect or incidental damages.

8. Shipping & Damages

We ship with care, but damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
