Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.International shipping is dependent on a number of factors including weight, distance, and the desired speed. Prices and estimated delivery dates will be quoted for you at the time of checkout.

International Customs Fees

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

All We Value is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of All We Value to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. All We Value is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should All We Value mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, All We Value is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@allwevalue.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
